A conveyor line doesn't always move in a straight direction. Some layouts need the belt to travel around bends while carrying products through different sections of the line. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-800 Radius Modular Belts for such material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we understand that radius conveying needs proper matching between the modular belt and conveyor layout.
Our T-800 Radius Modular Belt is made from interlocking plastic modules and is intended for conveyor arrangements requiring curved or radius movement. Its modular construction allows connected sections to form the required conveying surface while following the designed conveyor path. We cater to both new radius conveyor requirements and replacement of existing T-800 modular belts.
The main difference with a radius belt is the direction in which it needs to travel. A normal straight-running modular belt isn't automatically suitable for a conveyor with bends. The T-800 series is designed for applications where the conveyor layout requires radius movement.
For this reason, we look beyond only belt width and length. The conveyor path, existing module series, sprocket arrangement and application details are also useful when discussing the required belt.
| Product Series | T-800 |
|---|---|
| Belt Type | Radius Modular Belt |
| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules |
| Conveyor Path | Radius / curved movement |
| Drive Arrangement | Sprocket-driven conveyor arrangement |
| Details Required | Belt dimensions, conveyor layout, module details and application |
If an existing T-800 belt needs replacement, clear photographs of the top and underside of the modules can be helpful. Customers can also share belt width, approximate length, existing sprocket information and details of the curved conveyor arrangement. These details give us a clearer understanding of the required configuration.
We handle enquiries for T-800 Radius Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with requirements from other locations across Nepal. Each belt requirement is discussed according to the actual conveyor path and existing setup.
Need a T-800 Radius Modular Belt in Nepal? Send us your conveyor layout, belt dimensions and existing module details. We'll review the information and discuss a suitable T-800 configuration for your radius conveying requirement.
