A flat carrying surface is often preferred when products need stable and direct movement on a modular conveyor. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-400 Flat Top Modular Belts for industrial material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we work with customers who need modular belts for new conveyor arrangements as well as replacement of existing T-400 belts.
Our T-400 Flat Top Modular Belt is made from interlocking plastic modules that create a flat and continuous conveying surface. The closed top design is different from perforated or flush grid patterns. It can be considered for applications where the material needs to remain supported on a flat modular surface while travelling through the conveyor line.
The T-400 series provides a continuous top surface without the open pattern found in grid-style modular belts. Its individual modules are connected to form the required belt width and running length. The modular belt works with a suitable sprocket arrangement for continuous conveyor movement.
This construction can be useful for carrying packed items, containers, components and other suitable products depending on the actual conveyor application.
| Series | T-400 |
|---|---|
| Belt Style | Flat Top Modular Belt |
| Surface Pattern | Flat / closed top |
| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules |
| Drive Arrangement | Sprocket-driven |
| Requirement Details | Belt width, length, module series, sprocket and conveyor layout |
For replacement requirements, identifying the existing modular belt correctly can save unnecessary trial and error. Customers can share clear photographs of the top and underside of the belt, required width, approximate length and available sprocket or conveyor details. These points help us understand whether the required configuration matches our T-400 series.
We cater to T-400 Flat Top Modular Belt requirements in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with enquiries from other locations across Nepal. The required configuration is discussed according to the actual conveyor setup rather than selecting the belt only by its flat-top appearance.
Looking for a T-400 Flat Top Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your belt dimensions, existing module details and conveyor application with us. We'll review the information and discuss a suitable T-400 belt configuration for your requirement.
