A flat modular surface can be a good fit when products need steady support throughout the conveyor movement. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports S-900 Flat Top Modular Belts for different material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we handle requirements for new conveyor setups as well as replacement of existing S-900 modular belts.
Our S-900 Flat Top Modular Belt is made using interconnected plastic modules that form a continuous flat carrying surface. The closed-top construction is useful where an open grid or perforated surface isn't required. The belt works as part of a modular conveyor arrangement and needs to match the conveyor dimensions and sprocket setup.
The flat-top design gives products a continuous surface during movement. It can be considered for suitable packed products, containers, components and other materials that need direct support from the belt. As there are no grid openings on the carrying surface, the S-900 Flat Top design is different from the S-900 Flush Grid and Perforated versions.

For replacement work, belt width alone may not be enough to identify the required modular configuration. Customers can share clear photographs of the belt from the top and underside, approximate running length, existing module details and available sprocket information. These details help us understand the current arrangement before discussing the replacement belt.
The actual requirement depends on how the belt will run on the conveyor and what it needs to carry. We cater to enquiries for S-900 Flat Top Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with requirements from other locations across Nepal.
