Some conveyor layouts need products to change direction without shifting them from one conveyor to another. For these curved conveying paths, the belt needs enough flexibility to follow the designed route. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-1100 Side Flexing Modular Belts for different material handling requirements in Nepal. Our experience of more than two decades helps us understand modular belt requirements where straight movement alone isn't enough.
The T-1100 Side Flexing Modular Belt is made from interconnected plastic modules designed for side-flexing movement. It can follow curved conveyor sections according to the system arrangement, making it suitable for layouts where the conveying direction needs to change. The required belt configuration depends on the conveyor path, dimensions and existing drive arrangement.
The main purpose of the T-1100 series is to support conveyor movement through bends. Instead of limiting the conveyor to a straight path, the side-flexing construction allows the belt to work with suitable curved arrangements.
This can be useful where available floor space or the production layout requires a change in conveying direction. The actual suitability should always be checked against the conveyor design and application.
| Product Series | T-1100 |
|---|---|
| Belt Type | Side Flexing Modular Belt |
| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules |
| Movement | Side-flexing / curved conveyor movement |
| Drive Arrangement | Sprocket-driven conveyor setup |
| Details to Check | Belt dimensions, conveyor path, module series and sprocket arrangement |
For a side-flexing belt, width and length alone don't give the complete requirement. The conveyor's curved path, existing modular construction and drive arrangement should also be considered. For replacement enquiries, customers can share clear photographs of the belt surface and underside, module details and available sprocket information.
We cater to enquiries for T-1100 Side Flexing Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with requirements from other parts of Nepal. We handle both new conveyor requirements and replacement needs for existing T-1100 belt arrangements.
Need a T-1100 Side Flexing Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your conveyor path, required belt dimensions and existing module details with us. We'll review the information and discuss a suitable T-1100 belt configuration for your application.
