Rubber conveyor belts cover several different industrial conveying requirements, so the right belt starts with understanding what type of construction is needed for the conveyor. ABS Belting manufactures and exports Rubber Conveyor Belts for industrial requirements in Nepal. Since 2005, we’ve worked with conveyor belts and related material handling products for different industries and conveyor setups.
Our Rubber Conveyor Belt range includes General Duty, Heat Resistant, Oil Resistance, Fire / Flame Resistance and other belt types. We also manufacture Side Wall Cleated, Chevron, Rubber Rough Top and Steel Core Conveyor Belts. As these products are made for different conveyor requirements, we recommend identifying the required belt type before discussing a new order or replacement.
Two rubber conveyor belts may have similar dimensions but belong to different product types. For example, a General Duty Conveyor Belt and a Chevron Conveyor Belt aren't the same construction. The same applies to Side Wall Cleated, Rough Top and other belts in our range.
For an existing conveyor, share the exact belt type if known. If it isn't known, clear photographs of the belt surface, edges and complete conveyor arrangement can give us useful reference information.

When replacing an old rubber conveyor belt, don't discard the existing belt information too early. Keep a usable section where possible and share any available markings, measurements and photographs. For a new conveyor requirement, tell us which rubber belt type you're considering and provide the available setup details.
We cater to Rubber Conveyor Belt requirements in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with enquiries from industries across Nepal.
