Belt or Chain Series Comes First

If you're replacing an existing sprocket, start by identifying the modular belt or conveyor chain running with it. A T-series modular belt requirement, for example, needs to be discussed using its correct series rather than simply asking for a general conveyor sprocket.

The same applies to chain-related sprockets. Sharing the chain reference and existing sprocket details helps us understand the current arrangement more clearly.

Replacing an Existing Conveyor Sprocket

For replacement enquiries, send clear photographs of the sprocket from both sides along with available measurements. Photos of the belt or chain running with the sprocket are also useful. If any series or reference marking is visible, include a close-up photograph.
