In some conveyor applications, an open belt surface is preferred instead of a completely closed top. The grid-style construction gives the conveyor a different carrying surface while keeping the benefits of a modular belt system. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-200 Flush Grid Modular Belts for material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we handle requirements for new conveyor setups as well as replacement modular belts.
Our T-200 Flush Grid Modular Belt is made using interlocking plastic modules with a flush grid surface pattern. The modular sections join together to form the required belt width and length. Selection of this belt should be based on the existing conveyor arrangement, required belt dimensions and the material being conveyed.
The main feature of the T-200 series is its flush grid construction. Unlike a fully closed flat-top surface, the belt has openings across its carrying area. This gives customers another belt surface option where an open modular design is required for the conveyor application.
The belt works as part of a sprocket-driven conveyor arrangement. Correct matching between the modular belt and the conveyor's existing drive setup is therefore an important point, particularly when replacing an old belt.

If a T-200 belt is already running on your conveyor, sharing the existing details can make identification easier. Customers can provide belt width, required length, clear photographs of the modules and information about the current conveyor arrangement. These details help us understand the requirement before discussing the suitable configuration.
We cater to T-200 Flush Grid Modular Belt requirements in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with enquiries from other parts of Nepal. Requirements may be for a new conveyor or replacement of an existing T-200 belt.
Need a T-200 Flush Grid Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your belt dimensions, module details and conveyor application with us. We'll review your requirement and discuss the suitable T-200 configuration from our available range.
