A perforated belt surface can be useful when a completely closed modular top isn't suitable for the conveyor application. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-300 Perforated Modular Belts for different material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience in conveyor belting, we work on new installations as well as replacement requirements for existing modular conveyor systems.
Our T-300 Perforated Modular Belt is built from interlocking plastic modules with perforations across the carrying surface. The modular construction forms a continuous belt that runs with the matching conveyor arrangement. The perforated design provides an alternative to a completely closed surface where openings in the belt are required for the application.
The T-300 series combines modular construction with a perforated top. Openings are provided across the belt surface while the connected modules create the required conveying area. This type of design can be considered where the conveyor setup specifically calls for a perforated carrying surface.
Since the belt is modular, the required configuration needs to match the conveyor layout and drive arrangement. Belt width, running length and existing module details are useful when discussing the requirement.
| Product Series | T-300 |
|---|---|
| Belt Type | Plastic Modular Conveyor Belt |
| Top Design | Perforated surface |
| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules |
| Drive Arrangement | Sprocket-driven conveyor arrangement |
| Requirement | New conveyor or replacement belt |
For replacement enquiries, identifying the existing modular belt correctly is important. Customers can share clear photographs of the belt surface and underside, belt width, approximate running length and available conveyor details. If the existing belt is already identified as T-300, that information can also be shared with us.
We cater to enquiries for T-300 Perforated Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with requirements from other locations across Nepal. We review each requirement based on the belt series, dimensions and actual conveyor application.
Looking for a T-300 Perforated Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your belt size, module details and conveyor requirement with us. We'll review the information and discuss a suitable T-300 belt configuration for your application.
