Open-grid modular belts are useful when the conveyor application needs a carrying surface with spaces instead of a completely closed top. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-1400 Flush Grid Modular Belts for industrial conveying requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we work with customers on new modular conveyor requirements as well as replacement belts for existing setups.
Our T-1400 Flush Grid Modular Belt is built from interconnected plastic modules with a flush grid surface. The open pattern gives it a different construction from a flat-top belt while still providing a continuous modular conveying arrangement. The required belt configuration depends on the conveyor design, belt dimensions and material handling application.
The T-1400 Flush Grid design has openings across the carrying surface. This makes it suitable for conveyor applications where an open modular pattern is required instead of a fully closed belt surface. The modules connect together to create the required belt width and running length.
As part of a modular conveyor arrangement, the belt works with matching sprockets. Proper identification of the existing belt and drive arrangement is therefore important when a replacement is required.
| Product Series | T-1400 |
|---|---|

| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules |
| Running System | Sprocket-driven conveyor arrangement |
| Selection Details | Belt dimensions, module series, sprocket details and conveyor application |
If your conveyor already uses a T-1400 Flush Grid Modular Belt, sharing the existing belt information can make identification easier. Belt width, approximate length, clear photographs of the upper and lower module surfaces and available sprocket details are useful. We review these details along with the conveyor arrangement before discussing the required configuration.
We cater to T-1400 Flush Grid Modular Belt requirements in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with enquiries from other locations across Nepal. Requirements can be discussed for both new conveyor installations and replacement of existing T-1400 belts.
Looking for a T-1400 Flush Grid Modular Belt in Nepal? Send us your belt dimensions, module photographs and conveyor details. We'll check the requirement and discuss a suitable T-1400 Flush Grid configuration for your material handling application.
