Airflow, drainage or an open carrying surface can be important in some modular conveyor applications. In such cases, a closed flat-top belt may not be the right fit. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports S-900 Flush Grid Modular Belts for different material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we understand the practical requirements involved in new modular conveyor setups and replacement belts.
Our S-900 Flush Grid Modular Belt is constructed from interlocking plastic modules with an open grid surface. The flush grid pattern provides openings across the carrying area while maintaining a connected modular structure. This belt can be considered for conveyor applications where an open surface is required for the material handling process.
The main difference in the S-900 Flush Grid design is its open surface pattern. Instead of providing a completely closed carrying surface, the grid construction leaves openings between sections of the belt. Depending on the application, these openings can allow air or liquid to pass through the conveying surface.
The modules connect together to form the required belt width and running length. As part of a modular conveyor setup, the belt runs with a suitable sprocket arrangement.

Correct module identification matters when an existing belt needs replacement. Customers can share the belt width, approximate running length, photographs of the top and underside, and available sprocket details. Information about the material being conveyed and the current conveyor arrangement can also help us understand the requirement correctly.
We cater to requirements for S-900 Flush Grid Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with enquiries from other locations across Nepal. Requirements can be discussed for new conveyor installations or replacement of an existing S-900 Flush Grid belt.
Need an S-900 Flush Grid Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your belt dimensions, existing module photographs and conveyor details with us. We'll review the information and discuss a suitable S-900 Flush Grid configuration for your application.
