Modular conveyor systems need a belt that matches the running arrangement, sprockets and material movement of the line. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-500 Modular Belts for different industrial conveying requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience in conveyor belting, we handle requirements for new installations as well as replacement of existing modular belts.
Our T-500 Modular Belt is constructed from interconnected plastic modules that join together to form a continuous conveyor belt. Its modular design allows the belt to run as part of a sprocket-driven conveyor arrangement. The required configuration depends on the conveyor setup, belt dimensions and type of material being carried.
The T-500 works as a linked modular belt rather than a single continuous sheet. Individual modules form the required belt width, while connecting sections create the running length. This construction makes correct matching with the conveyor arrangement important.
For an existing T-500 conveyor, the current belt and sprocket details can be useful when identifying the replacement requirement. For a new setup, we consider the available conveyor and application information before discussing the belt configuration.
| Product Series | T-500 Modular Belt |
|---|---|
| Belt Category | Plastic modular conveyor belt |
| Construction | Interconnected plastic modules |
| Running Arrangement | Sprocket-driven conveyor system |
| Requirement Type | New installation or replacement belt |
| Details Required | Belt dimensions, module details, sprocket information and conveyor layout |
Width and length are useful starting points, but they don't give the complete picture. When replacing a T-500 Modular Belt, customers can share photographs of the belt's top and underside, existing module details and available sprocket information. These details help us understand the running arrangement and required belt configuration.
We cater to enquiries for T-500 Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with industrial requirements from other parts of Nepal. Every enquiry is reviewed according to the conveyor setup and information provided.
Need a T-500 Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your belt dimensions, existing module photographs and conveyor details with us. We'll review your requirement and discuss a suitable T-500 belt configuration for your application.
