When products need to stay separated or hold their position while moving on a modular conveyor, adding cleats to a perforated belt can make the conveying arrangement more practical. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-300 Perforated Cleat Modular Belts for different material handling requirements in Nepal. Our experience of more than two decades helps us understand modular belt requirements for new conveyor lines and replacement applications.
The T-300 Perforated Cleat Modular Belt combines an interlocking plastic modular construction, perforated carrying surface and raised cleats. The perforations provide an open surface pattern, while the cleats divide the belt into sections and help control material movement. This combination can be considered for conveyor applications where both a perforated surface and cleated construction are required.
The T-300 design isn't simply a standard modular belt with a different top pattern. Its perforated modules provide openings across the carrying surface, while the cleats add raised sections at required positions. This makes the belt useful for applications where materials need to move in a more controlled manner.
The cleat arrangement can depend on the conveyor and application. Belt dimensions, material being carried and existing modular configuration should be checked before finalising the requirement.
| Product Series | T-300 |
|---|---|
| Belt Type | Perforated Cleat Modular Belt |
| Surface | Perforated modular surface |
| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules with cleats |
| Cleat Purpose | Controlled and separated material movement |
| Selection Basis | Belt size, cleat arrangement, module details and conveyor layout |
When replacing an existing T-300 Perforated Cleat Modular Belt, belt width alone isn't enough. Customers can share the belt dimensions, distance between cleats, clear photographs of the modules and available conveyor details. This helps us understand the existing arrangement and discuss the required configuration more accurately.
We cater to T-300 Perforated Cleat Modular Belt requirements in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with enquiries from other parts of Nepal. Each requirement is reviewed according to the modular series, cleat arrangement and conveyor application.
Need a T-300 Perforated Cleat Modular Belt in Nepal? Send us your belt dimensions, cleat details and conveyor application. We'll review the requirement and discuss a suitable T-300 configuration for your material handling setup.
