Oil around a conveyor system changes what needs to be checked before selecting a rubber belt. A belt that works for a normal conveying job may not be the belt specified where oil exposure is part of the working condition. ABS Belting manufactures and exports Oil Resistance Conveyor Belts for industrial requirements in Nepal. We’ve worked with conveyor belts and material handling products since 2005.
Our Oil Resistance Conveyor Belts are included in our Rubber Conveyor Belt range. We handle requirements for existing conveyor belt replacement as well as new installations. When you contact us, share more than just the required belt size. Details about the material, oil exposure, conveyor arrangement and existing belt can give us a clearer picture of the requirement.
If oil comes into contact with the belt during operation, tell us where that exposure comes from and share the working details available with you. This may relate to the material being conveyed or the conditions around the conveyor.
We don't assume that every application involving oil needs exactly the same belt. The actual conveyor requirement needs to be reviewed before discussing the required Oil Resistance Conveyor Belt.
| Information | What You Can Share |
|---|---|
| Belt Required | Oil Resistance Conveyor Belt |
| Belt Category | Rubber Conveyor Belt |
| Oil Exposure | Available details about how oil comes into contact with the belt |
| Material Handled | Information about the material carried by the conveyor |
| Required Size | Available belt dimensions |
| Existing Belt | Photographs, markings, drawing or other available reference |
| Conveyor Details | Available information about the existing or new setup |
For a replacement requirement, check the old belt before it is removed completely. Look for any readable markings and keep photographs of the belt surface, edges and overall conveyor installation. If you have previous purchase information or a belt drawing, share that as well.
Available dimensions should also be included. These details help keep the discussion focused on the existing requirement rather than identifying the belt from appearance alone.
Oil Resistance Conveyor Belts are a separate product within our Rubber Conveyor Belt range. They shouldn't be confused with General Duty or Heat Resistant Belts simply because all of them come under the broader rubber belt category. The belt type should match the requirement specified for the conveyor.
We handle Oil Resistance Conveyor Belt enquiries in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with industrial requirements from customers across Nepal.
Need an Oil Resistance Conveyor Belt in Nepal? Send us the required belt dimensions, material details, available oil exposure information and your existing belt or conveyor references. We’ll review the details and discuss your requirement with you.
