For applications where products need a steady carrying surface, the modular belt design should support smooth and direct movement through the conveyor line. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports A-1-X Flat Top Modular Belts for different material handling requirements in Nepal. With more than two decades of experience, we handle new modular belt requirements as well as replacement needs for existing conveyor setups.
Our A-1-X Flat Top Modular Belt is built using interconnected plastic modules that form a flat conveying surface. The flat-top construction provides continuous support to products during movement and can be considered where an open grid or perforated belt surface isn't required. The final belt requirement depends on the conveyor arrangement, dimensions and existing modular setup.
The A-1-X design provides a straightforward carrying surface for suitable conveying applications. Individual modules are connected together to form the required belt width and running length. This modular construction works with the conveyor's matching sprocket arrangement for continuous movement.
Products, packed items, containers or components can be conveyed depending on the actual application. We prefer to check the conveyor details before discussing the required A-1-X belt configuration.
| Product Series | A-1-X |
|---|---|
| Belt Type | Flat Top Modular Belt |
| Surface Design | Flat carrying surface |
| Construction | Interlocking plastic modules |
| Running Arrangement | Sprocket-driven modular conveyor |
| Details to Share | Belt dimensions, module details, sprocket information and conveyor application |
If an A-1-X belt is already installed, customers can share clear photographs of the upper and lower sides of the modules, belt width, approximate running length and available sprocket details. Checking these points helps us understand the existing configuration instead of identifying the replacement belt only from its flat-top appearance.
We cater to enquiries for A-1-X Flat Top Modular Belts in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with requirements from other parts of Nepal. New installations and replacement belt requirements are reviewed according to the information provided about the conveyor.
Need an A-1-X Flat Top Modular Belt in Nepal? Share your belt dimensions, existing module photographs and conveyor details with us. We'll review your requirement and discuss a suitable A-1-X belt configuration for your material handling application.
