A patterned belt surface can be useful when a plain rubber belt isn't the construction specified for the conveyor. ABS Belting manufactures and exports Chevron Conveyor Belts for industrial conveying requirements in Nepal. We’ve worked with conveyor belts and related material handling products since 2005.
Our Chevron Conveyor Belts are included in our Rubber Conveyor Belt range. The chevron pattern makes this product visually different from a plain belt, but appearance alone isn't enough for selecting a replacement. The existing pattern, belt dimensions, material being conveyed and conveyor arrangement should all be considered when sending us a requirement.
If a Chevron Conveyor Belt is already installed, take a clear top-view photograph before removing it. This gives us a reference for the existing pattern. Side photographs and close-up images can provide more information about the belt construction.
Where measurements or an old belt drawing are available, share them too. If only a damaged belt is available, try to photograph and measure a section where the original pattern is still clearly visible.

These shouldn't be treated as the same requirement. A Chevron Conveyor Belt has a patterned surface, while other rubber belts in our range have their own constructions and product references. If your existing conveyor uses a chevron belt, mention that clearly instead of sending the enquiry only as a “rubber conveyor belt”.
When the belt is for a new conveyor, send us the available project information rather than trying to match an old product. Tell us the material being conveyed and provide the required belt dimensions, chevron details and conveyor layout available with you. We’ll review the information supplied before discussing the requirement.
We handle Chevron Conveyor Belt enquiries in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with industrial requirements from other locations across Nepal.
Looking for a Chevron Conveyor Belt in Nepal? Share your required belt dimensions, chevron pattern details, material information, existing belt photographs or available drawing with us. We’ll review the details and discuss your conveyor belt requirement.
