Our T-300/T-400 Sprockets are offered for compatible T-300 and T-400 modular belt arrangements. If you’re replacing an existing sprocket, knowing whether the conveyor uses a T-300 or T-400 belt gives us an important starting point. We then look at the existing sprocket, shaft or bore information and conveyor arrangement before discussing the requirement.

The T-300/T-400 designation covers sprocket requirements related to these modular belt series. Our range includes T-300 Perforated Modular Belts, T-300 Perforated Cleat Modular Belts and T-400 Flat Top Modular Belts. The actual belt series and configuration should therefore be identified when sending an enquiry.

This is particularly useful during maintenance work. A general request for a modular belt sprocket may not provide enough information to understand what is currently installed.
