A sprocket may be a small part of a conveyor system, but using the correct series is important for proper matching with the modular belt arrangement. ABS Belting, established in 2005 by Mr. Shiv Shankar L. Dangi, manufactures and exports T-100 Sprockets for conveyor requirements in Nepal. Since 2005, we’ve worked with plastic modular belts, conveyor chains, sprockets and other material handling components for different industrial requirements.
Our T-100 Sprockets are offered for compatible T-100 modular belt arrangements. When customers need a sprocket for an existing conveyor, we first recommend checking the belt series and current sprocket details. A sprocket that looks similar from the outside shouldn’t be considered a direct replacement without checking the complete setup.
The T-100 series reference provides a useful starting point for identifying the required sprocket. If your conveyor is already running with a T-100 Modular Belt, details of the existing sprocket can help us understand the replacement requirement.
For a new conveyor arrangement, share the T-100 belt requirement along with the conveyor and shaft details available with you. We can then review the sprocket requirement based on the information provided.
| Reference Point | Details |
|---|---|
| Sprocket Series | T-100 |
| Product Category | Conveyor Sprocket |
| Related Belt Series | T-100 Modular Belt |
| Requirement | New conveyor setup or replacement sprocket |
| Existing Setup Details | Sprocket photographs and available dimensions |
| Other Useful Information | Belt details, shaft / bore information and conveyor arrangement |
Keep the existing sprocket for reference if possible. Send clear photographs from both sides and include any visible markings. Available dimensions, shaft or bore details and photographs of the T-100 belt can also provide useful information. Checking these points is better than selecting a replacement from the sprocket diameter alone.
We cater to enquiries for T-100 Sprockets in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, along with requirements from customers across Nepal. We review sprocket requirements for existing T-100 modular conveyor systems as well as new compatible arrangements.
Looking for T-100 Sprockets in Nepal? Share your T-100 belt details, existing sprocket photographs, dimensions, shaft or bore information and conveyor setup with us. We’ll review the details and discuss the suitable T-100 sprocket requirement for your conveyor.
